Getting Started
No. You can start with just the Onboarding module — no other modules are required. It works as a complete standalone solution for digital document signing, form collection, and worker onboarding.
Yes. The Onboarding module is the foundation. If you want to add the Operations module (timeclock, job scheduling, assignments) or the Communications module (messaging, announcements), you'll need the Onboarding module active first. But you never need Operations or Communications to use Onboarding on its own.

Worker Access
Workers download the ClockReady app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store. They log in with a company code and their credentials. Everything — onboarding documents, timeclock, job details, messages — is accessible from the app.

The app is designed to handle intermittent connectivity. Workers can still access previously loaded information, and data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.
Documents & Signing
You upload your PDF documents (contracts, agreements, safety forms, etc.) and place fillable fields on them using our drag-and-drop editor. Workers receive the documents on their phone app or via an email link, fill in the fields, sign, and submit — all digitally. External clients and contacts don't need the app — they sign directly in their web browser.
Yes. You can send documents to external clients or contacts via email link. They don't need an account or the app — they fill out and sign directly in their web browser.
Operations documents are internal — things like safety forms, HR paperwork, and policy acknowledgments sent to your workers. Sales contracts are external — agreements, quotes, and service contracts sent to your clients. Both use the same powerful PDF editor.
Yes. When sending a document, you can pre-fill fields like job site name, contract dates, client details, and more. Workers or clients only need to fill in the remaining fields and sign.
Operations & Timeclock
Workers clock in and out from the Android app using GPS verification. You set up job sites with geofence boundaries, and the system confirms workers are at the correct location. Managers can review, approve, and export timesheets from the admin portal.
With the Operations module, managers can see active timeclock sessions including GPS location at clock-in. This helps verify workers are on-site without manual check-ins.
Capacity & Customization
No hard limit. Your plan determines your worker capacity, but the platform is built to scale from small crews to large workforces.
Yes. Your company logo appears in the app and on all documents your workers and clients see. The experience feels like your own branded platform.
Security & Privacy
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents, signatures, and personal information are stored securely with role-based access controls so only authorized admins can view sensitive data.
